Children must be at least 3 years old on or before September 30^th, and may register for multiple classes.  

Enrollment begins January 29, 2024 and continues until our classes are full. To complete the enrollment process and secure a spot for your child, we must receive completed Registration and Enrollment & Health (Form JFS 01234) forms along with payment of the $55 registration fee. 

This form must be completed by child's parent or guardian .

This form must be completed by child's pediatrician within 30 days of the beginning of the school year.

Complete this form if your child will need any medication during the class hours.

Complete this form if your child has a special health condition.
