Sermon Series: A Life Prayer
If you want to have a prayer life, you will need a life prayer. We are often challenged to have a good prayer life. We talk about the practices which make up a good prayer life – time, solitude, study, specific needs, all good and necessary in having a process for prayer. This series is about having a life prayer – it’s about the substance of our prayer life. Prayer is not only a matter of what we do in our devotion to God, but is also God’s gift to us. It is a language, a relationship, a promise; it is Him, present, active, and reigning in our lives to His glory. Jesus teaches us a life prayer which is commonly called the Lord’s Prayer. This series will help in deepening our connection with God in prayer.
